Quick answer: We buy seven products: Omnipod 5 Starter Kits (up to $260), Omnipod 5 pod 5-packs (up to $150), Dexcom G6 3-packs (up to $100), Dexcom G7 15-Day (up to $75), Dexcom G7 10-Day (up to $65), FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus ($40), and FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus ($20). Every box must be factory sealed, bought in the U.S., and not funded by Medicare or Medicaid. The price depends on the expiration date. We buy boxes with at least 9 months left before expiry (FreeStyle Libre has its own minimums below).

Dexcom REF codes: check before you ship
The REF code is printed on the side of every Dexcom box, next to the expiration date. It is the most common reason a box gets turned down, so check it first.

- Dexcom G6 transmitters or G7 receivers
- FreeStyle Libre 2 or Libre 3 without "Plus", or Libre readers
- Omnipod DASH pods
- Tandem or Medtronic pump supplies
- Test strips, lancets, meters, insulin, or pens
- Anything opened, expired, loose, from outside the U.S., or funded by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or the VA
