FAQ
Sell CGM buys unused, factory-sealed continuous glucose monitor supplies from people across the United States and pays cash the same business day we receive them. You request a quote online, we email you a free prepaid USPS label (or a QR code if you don't have a printer), you drop the box off, and we send your money by Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo as soon as we inspect it. Below are the questions we get asked most.
Getting started
- Pick your products and quantities and submit a free quote request — you see your payout before you commit.
- We email you a prepaid USPS shipping label, or a QR code you can scan at the Post Office.
- Box your sealed supplies and drop them off, or hand them to your mail carrier.
- We inspect everything the day it arrives.
- You get paid that same business day.
Most sellers go from quote to cash in about 3 to 5 days total.
We buy Dexcom G7 10-Day sensors, Dexcom G7 15-Day sensors, Dexcom G6 3-packs, Dexcom G6 transmitter kits, Omnipod 5 pods and starter kits, FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensors, and FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors. Everything must be retail packaging, factory sealed, unexpired, and bought or received legally in the United States.
Yes — orders must total at least $100. The quote tool adds up your payout as you go, so you'll see when you cross it. If you're short, most people add the rest of what's in the closet rather than shipping twice. New customers with an order of $250 or more also get a $20 bonus on top of their payout.
Go to Sell Your Supplies, add each product and quantity, and submit the short form with your name, address, and how you'd like to be paid. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing. Your prepaid label arrives by email shortly after.
What we pay
Payouts depend on the product and how much time is left before the expiration date — the further out the expiration, the more we pay. These are our current per-box prices:

| Omnipod 5 Starter Kit | 9–11 months | $180 |
| Omnipod 5, 5-pack of pods | 12+ months | $160 |
| Omnipod 5, 5-pack of pods | 10–11 months | $140 |
| Omnipod 5, 5-pack of pods | 7–9 months | $115 |
| Dexcom G6 3-pack (retail) | Expires 9/2027 + | $100 |
| Dexcom G6 3-pack (retail) | Expires 7/2027 – 8/2027 | $80 |

| Dexcom G7 15-Day | Expires 4/2027 – 5/2027 | $50 |

| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 6/2027 – 8/2027 | $50 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 4/2027 – 5/2027 | $30 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 2/2027 – 3/2027 | $25 |

Prices are per sealed retail box and are updated regularly. Your quote locks in the price you're shown at the time you submit it.
A sealed retail Dexcom G7 15-Day box pays $50 to $75, and a Dexcom G7 10-Day box pays $25 to $65 — the exact amount depends on the expiration date printed on the box. Boxes expiring 9/2027 or later earn the top price. Request a quote to see your exact total.
Because a box with 14 months of shelf life left is far more useful than one with 7 months, and its value reflects that. The closer a box gets to its expiration date, the less it is worth. That's why a Dexcom G7 10-Day box ranges from $25 to $65 on expiration date alone.
We pay $115 to $160 for a sealed 5-pack of Omnipod 5 pods, and $180 to $260 for an Omnipod 5 starter kit. The exact figure depends on how many months are left before expiration — 12 or more months earns the top price in both cases.
We pay $25 per sealed FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus box and $20 per FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus box, as long as at least 7 months remain before the expiration date. Libre pays less per box than Dexcom or Omnipod because a Libre box simply carries a lower value — quantity is what makes a Libre order worthwhile.
What qualifies
At least 6 months for most products, and 7 months or more for FreeStyle Libre and Omnipod. The expiration date is printed on the outside of the box, so you don't need to open anything to check. If you're close to the cutoff, send us a photo and we'll tell you before you ship.
Retail boxes only, identified by the model code on the label. For G7 10-Day we accept STP-AT-012 and STP-AT-018. For G7 15-Day we accept STP-FT-012. We cannot buy DME, pharmacy-supplied, or sample boxes — codes such as STE-AT-030, STP-AT-011, STE-FT-010, STE-FT-013, or STE-FT-016. Check the code before you ship.
No. Boxes must be factory sealed, unexpired, and undamaged — no writing on the box, no torn or resealed packaging, no water damage, no pharmacy stickers covering the label. Minor cosmetic imperfections may still be accepted at a reduced price, typically $20 or more off per box, but torn or damaged units are not purchased. If you're unsure, message us a photo first.
No. We cannot buy supplies paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other government-funded program. Reselling those is prohibited under federal program rules, and it's the one hard line in this industry. Supplies you paid for yourself, or that came through private insurance you pay for, are fine.
Not at this time. We only buy from sellers with a United States shipping address, and our prepaid labels are USPS domestic labels. We can't process international shipments or customs paperwork.
Yes. A large share of what we buy comes from families clearing out a loved one's unused supplies. The same rules apply — sealed, unexpired, retail packaging, and not funded by Medicare or Medicaid. You don't need any paperwork or proof of relationship; just request a quote in your own name.
Shipping
Yes, completely. We pay for the prepaid USPS label and email it to you after you submit your quote. You never pay postage, and there are no fees taken out of your payout. Your only cost is a box and a few minutes to drop it off.
No. When you request your quote, choose "Send me a QR code to scan at the Post Office." Show that code on your phone at the counter and USPS prints the label for you, free. If you do have a printer, pick the emailed PDF option instead and tape it to the box.
Any US Post Office, any blue USPS collection box that fits it, or hand it directly to your mail carrier. You can also schedule a free USPS package pickup at your home on USPS.com. Ask the clerk to scan it so you get an acceptance scan the same day.
Use any sturdy box — a reused shipping box is fine. Keep every item in its original sealed packaging, fill empty space with paper so boxes don't slide around, and tape it shut. Don't use a poly mailer or envelope; crushed boxes lose value at inspection.
Your tracking number is on the label and in your confirmation email — track it at USPS.com. Note that USPS Ground Advantage sometimes doesn't scan at drop-off, so it can take a day or two before tracking updates. That's normal and doesn't mean the package is lost.
Getting paid
We inspect your package the day it arrives and send payment that same business day. USPS delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from drop-off, so most sellers have their money 3 to 5 days after they ship. We don't hold funds or wait for a payment cycle.
Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo — you pick when you request your quote and give us the username or number to send to. There are no processing fees deducted from your payout, and we don't mail checks.
We contact you before doing anything. If a box is expired, opened, or the wrong model code, we'll tell you exactly what we found and offer an adjusted price for the rest. Torn or damaged units are not paid for and are discarded, so check your boxes before you ship. We never quietly reduce a payout.
Legal & trust
Yes, in the United States it is legal to sell unused, unexpired CGM supplies that you legally own. The FDA permits resale of unexpired diabetes supplies; the exception is anything obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government-funded program. We explain the details on our Is it legal to sell CGM supplies? page.
Yes. We collect only what we need to buy your supplies and pay you: your name, address, email, phone, and payment handle. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't ask for medical records, insurance details, or your Social Security number. See our Privacy Policy.
