1. Pick your products and expiration dates on the payout page. You see your exact payout before you share any personal details.
2. Lock in your quote. We email you a prepaid USPS shipping label, or a QR code you can scan at the Post Office.
3. Box your sealed supplies and drop them off at any Post Office or blue USPS collection box.
4. We inspect everything the day it arrives.
5. You get paid the same business day your boxes are verified.

Most sellers go from quote to cash in about 3 to 5 days total.

We buy Dexcom G7 10-Day sensors, Dexcom G7 15-Day sensors, Dexcom G6 3-packs, Omnipod 5 pods and starter kits, FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensors, and FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors. Everything must be retail packaging, factory sealed, within our expiration window, and bought legally in the United States. We don't currently buy Dexcom transmitters or receivers, Omnipod DASH, the original (non-Plus) Libre sensors, test strips, or insulin. See the full 2026 price list.

Yes. New customers get an extra $20 on their first order when it totals $250 or more. Check the box on the quote form to request it; eligibility is checked automatically.

Go to the payout page, tap + on each product you have, and pick the expiration range printed on the box. Your total updates as you go. Then tap "Lock in my quote" and fill in your name, address, and how you'd like to be paid. It takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing. Your prepaid label arrives by email within minutes.

A sealed retail Dexcom G7 15-Day box pays $60 to $75, and a Dexcom G7 10-Day box pays $50 to $65. The exact amount depends on the expiration date printed on the box. Boxes expiring 11/2027 or later earn the top price. See your exact total.

Because a box with 14 months of shelf life left is far more useful than one with 9 months, and its value reflects that. The closer a box gets to its expiration date, the less it is worth. That's why a Dexcom G7 10-Day box ranges from $50 to $65 on expiration date alone.

We pay $130 to $150 for a sealed 5-pack of Omnipod 5 pods, and $180 to $260 for an Omnipod 5 starter kit. The exact figure depends on how many months are left before expiration. 12 or more months earns the top price in both cases.

We pay $40 per sealed FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus box with at least 6 months until expiration, and $20 per FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus box with at least 7 months. Only the Plus versions qualify. How to tell Libre 3 from Libre 3 Plus.

We buy boxes with at least 9 months left before expiry. Dexcom G7 10-Day, G7 15-Day, and G6 boxes must expire 8/2027 or later, and Omnipod 5 pods and starter kits need 9+ months. FreeStyle Libre has its own minimums: Libre 3 Plus needs 6+ months and Libre 2 Plus needs 7+ months. The date is printed on the outside of the box, so you don't need to open anything. If you're close to the cutoff, email a photo to support@sellcgm.com and we'll tell you before you ship.

Retail boxes only, identified by the REF code on the side of the box next to the expiration date. For G7 10-Day we accept STP-AT-012 and STP-AT-018. For G7 15-Day we accept STP-FT-012. For G6 we accept the retail 3-pack, STS-OE-003. We cannot buy DME or sample boxes, or codes such as STE-AT-030, STP-AT-011, STP-AT-013, STE-FT-010, STE-FT-013, STE-FT-016, or STP-FT-011. No. Boxes must be factory sealed, unopened, in mint condition, and within our expiration window, and we can't take loose sensors or pods. Boxes with dents or dings, writing, adhesive residue, crushed corners, torn or half-peeled labels, or water damage are not accepted and are not paid for. No. We cannot buy supplies paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other government-funded program. Reselling those is prohibited under federal program rules, and it's the one hard line in this industry. Supplies you paid for yourself, or that came through private insurance you pay for, are fine.

Not at this time. We only buy from sellers with a United States shipping address, and our prepaid labels are USPS domestic labels. We can't accept supplies bought outside the U.S. or process international shipments.

Yes. A large share of what we buy comes from families clearing out a loved one's unused supplies. The same rules apply: sealed, within our expiration window, retail packaging, and not funded by Medicare or Medicaid. Yes, completely. We pay for the prepaid USPS label and email it to you after you lock in your quote. You never pay postage, and there are no fees taken out of your payout. Your only cost is a box and a few minutes to drop it off.

No. When you lock in your quote, choose "Send me a QR code to scan at the Post Office." Show that code on your phone at the counter and USPS prints the label for you, free. If you do have a printer, pick the emailed PDF option instead and tape it to the box.

Any US Post Office. With the printed PDF label, you can also use any blue USPS collection box that fits it, or hand it to your mail carrier. Ask the clerk to scan it so you get an acceptance scan the same day.

Use a sturdy cardboard box; a reused shipping box is fine. Keep every item in its original sealed packaging, pad the stack so nothing slides around, and tape every seam. Don't tape or write on the product boxes themselves. A padded mailer only works for one or two boxes, since crushed or dented boxes can't be accepted. Step-by-step packing guide.

Your tracking number is on the label and in your confirmation email. Track it at USPS.com. Note that USPS Ground Advantage sometimes doesn't scan at drop-off, so it can take a day or two before tracking updates. That's normal and doesn't mean the package is lost.

We inspect your package the day it arrives and send payment the same business day your boxes are verified. USPS delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from drop-off, so most sellers have their money 3 to 5 days after they ship. We don't hold funds or wait for a payment cycle.

Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. You pick when you lock in your quote and give us the username or number to send to. There are no processing fees deducted from your payout, and we don't mail checks.

If any box doesn't pass inspection (expired, opened, damaged, or the wrong REF code), we'll email you what we found. We pay for every box that passes. Boxes that don't pass, including ones with dents or dings, writing, adhesive residue, crushed corners, torn or half-peeled labels, or water damage, are not paid for.

Yes, in the United States it is legal to sell unused, unexpired CGM supplies that you legally own. The FDA permits resale of unexpired diabetes supplies; the exception is anything obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government-funded program. Not without breaking their rules. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist all prohibit listing prescription medical devices, and CGM sensors and insulin pods fall into that category. What each platform's rules say.

Yes. We collect only what we need to buy your supplies and pay you: your name, address, email, phone, and payment handle. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't ask for medical records, insurance details, or your Social Security number. See our Privacy Policy.
