When will I get paid?

How do I know if my supplies are eligible?

We only accept unopened, unexpired, and undamaged diabetic supplies. Boxes should be in good condition with clear labeling. Expired, opened, or damaged products will not qualify for payment.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can choose to be paid via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp or Check. Be sure to provide accurate account information to avoid payment delays or misdirected funds.

What if I entered the wrong payment info?

Please double-check your payment details before submitting the form. We are not responsible for incorrect usernames or account details, and no refunds or reissues will be made for misdirected payments.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label once your quote is approved. Simply print it, pack your items securely, and drop them off at any UPS location.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely. Once you drop off your package, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its status until it reaches us.

What types of supplies do you accept?
