Welcome to SellCGM.com. SellCGM.com (the "Site") is operated by Sell CGM ("Sell CGM," "we," "us"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") without modification. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

SellCGM.com is a platform designed to purchase surplus diabetic supplies, including diabetic test strips, lancets, and CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) supplies.

The Short Version

This plain-English summary is for convenience only — the full Terms below control.

• We only buy factory-sealed, unexpired, undamaged retail supplies with a valid U.S. NDC or Reference Number.
• We cannot accept supplies paid for by government or private insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
• Shipments are final. Once you ship supplies to us, they cannot be returned. Non-compliant supplies are disposed of with no payment issued for them, and payouts may be adjusted after inspection if what we receive differs from your quote.
• Payments may take up to 30 days to process (most are much faster).
• Packages are the carrier's responsibility until delivered and signed for — we do not insure shipments.

1. Selling Your Supplies to Us

Supply standards. Supplies sold to Sell CGM must be:

• Unexpired
• Factory-sealed
• Undamaged
• Labeled with a valid U.S. NDC or Reference Number

Supplies paid for by government or private insurance cannot be accepted.

Inspection & payment. All shipments are inspected upon arrival. Non-compliant supplies will be disposed of, and no payment will be issued for them. If the items we receive differ from the items submitted in your quote (including different product versions, quantities, or conditions), your payout may be adjusted or declined accordingly. Payments may take up to 30 days to process.

Shipments are final. Once supplies are shipped to Sell CGM, they cannot be returned to you. For additional details, see our Refund Policy.

Shipping & package disclaimer. Sell CGM does not insure packages. You are responsible for shipping insurance if desired. Packages are the responsibility of UPS or USPS until delivered and signed for by Sell CGM staff.

2. Privacy

Your use of SellCGM.com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (Sell CGM Order Alerts)

Sell CGM offers a transactional text messaging program ("Sell CGM Order Alerts") for customers who submit a quote request on SellCGM.com and provide their mobile phone number. Messages include order confirmations, notification that your prepaid shipping label has been emailed to you, and reminders to ship your supplies.

• Message frequency varies (typically up to a few messages per order).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. For information on how we handle your mobile number and opt-in consent, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Electronic Communications

By visiting SellCGM.com or sending emails to Sell CGM, you consent to receive communications electronically. Agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically, via email or through the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

5. Children Under 13

Sell CGM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Use of the Site & Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SellCGM.com in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or other users' access
• Attempt to access materials or information not intentionally made available

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations — is owned by Sell CGM or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use content for personal purposes unless expressly authorized by Sell CGM. You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any Site content without written permission.

11. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration will be individual only. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted. Claims may only be brought in your individual capacity.

12. Termination, Access & Governing Law

Sell CGM may terminate or restrict your access at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina. No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sell CGM may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version supersedes all previous versions. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
