When do I get paid?

The same business day we receive and verify your boxes. You pick Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle on the next page.

Do I pay anything to ship?

No. We send a prepaid USPS label by email, or a QR code if you don't have a printer — the Post Office prints the label for you at the counter.

Is the price on my quote what I'll actually get?

Yes, as long as the boxes match your quote: same product, same expiration range, factory-sealed and in mint condition.

What if a box doesn't qualify?

Boxes that arrive opened, expired, damaged (dents, dings, writing, adhesive residue, crushing or water damage) or with a REF code we don't buy can't be paid out. That's why we show every rule up front — if you're not sure, call or text us before you ship.

Where do I find the REF code and expiration?

Both are printed on the side of the box, next to each other. Tap "Where's that?" on a product above to see an example.
