Quick answer: Most sellers are paid 3 to 5 days after dropping off their package. USPS delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, we inspect the day it arrives, and payment goes out that same business day by Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. There is no holding period and no payment cycle to wait for.

Why same-day payment is possible
Inspection is the only gate, and it isn't slow — checking seals, dates, and model codes against your quote takes minutes per box, not days. Once that's done there's nothing left to wait on. We don't batch payouts weekly and we don't hold funds while anything clears.
The delay in the process is USPS, not us. That's why the QR code and drop-off details matter more than anything else you control.
What can slow it down
- Sitting on the label. By far the biggest one. The clock doesn't start until the box is in USPS's hands, and a label emailed Monday means nothing if the box leaves Friday.
- No acceptance scan. USPS Ground Advantage sometimes doesn't scan at drop-off, so tracking looks frozen for a day or two. It isn't lost — ask the clerk to scan it at the counter and you'll see it move same-day.
- Weekends and holidays. Same business day means business day. A package arriving Saturday is paid Monday.
- Something failing inspection. If a box is expired, opened, or the wrong model code, we contact you first and offer an adjusted price for the rest. That conversation adds time, and it's avoidable by checking your boxes before shipping.
- A wrong payment handle. One typo in a Cash App tag or Zelle number is the most common reason a payment bounces back. Double-check it on the form.
How payment actually arrives
You choose the method when you request your quote and give us the handle to send to: Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. No processing fees come out of your payout, and we don't mail checks. Money typically lands within minutes of us sending it, depending on your provider.

- Check expiration dates and model codes before submitting your quote.
- Pick the QR code label option if you don't have a printer, so nothing stalls at the printing step.
