How to Sell Dexcom G7 Sensors for Cash (Up to $75 Per Box)
Share
Quick answer: Sealed, unexpired Dexcom G7 boxes are worth $25 to $75 at Sell CGM. G7 15-Day boxes pay $50–$75 and G7 10-Day boxes pay $25–$65, with the exact amount set by the expiration date printed on the box. Shipping is free and payment goes out the same business day we receive your package.
Why you might have extra Dexcom G7 sensors
Almost every seller we work with got here the same way: something changed. Your prescription moved from G6 to G7, or from 10-Day to 15-Day sensors. Your insurance switched brands mid-year. You went on a pump. You stopped using a CGM after a short trial. Meanwhile the 90-day shipments kept arriving on schedule, and now there's a stack of sealed boxes in a closet with an expiration date ticking down.
Those boxes are worth real money right up until they expire, and nothing after.
What we pay for Dexcom G7 sensors
Price depends on the product and how much time is left before expiration. The further out the date, the more the box is worth.
| Product | Expiration | We pay |
|---|---|---|
| Dexcom G7 15-Day | Expires 9/2027 + | $75 |
| Dexcom G7 15-Day | Expires 6/2027 – 8/2027 | $60 |
| Dexcom G7 15-Day | Expires 4/2027 – 5/2027 | $50 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 9/2027 + | $65 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 6/2027 – 8/2027 | $50 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 4/2027 – 5/2027 | $30 |
| Dexcom G7 10-Day | Expires 2/2027 – 3/2027 | $25 |
Prices are per sealed retail box. Your quote locks in the price you're shown when you submit it.
Which Dexcom G7 boxes do we accept?
This is where most sellers get tripped up, so check before you ship. We buy retail boxes only, identified by the model code printed on the label:
- Dexcom G7 10-Day: we accept STP-AT-012 and STP-AT-018.
- Dexcom G7 15-Day: we accept STP-FT-012.
- We cannot buy DME, pharmacy-supplied, or sample boxes — codes like STE-AT-030, STP-AT-011, STE-FT-010, STE-FT-013, or STE-FT-016.
The code is a short string on the box label, usually near the barcode. If you can't find it or aren't sure what you're looking at, text a photo to (910) 807-3468 before you ship and we'll tell you in a few minutes.

Common questions
How much is one box of Dexcom G7 sensors worth?
Between $25 and $75, depending on whether it's a 10-Day or 15-Day box and how far out the expiration date is. A 15-Day box expiring 9/2027 or later pays the top rate of $75.
Can I sell Dexcom G7 sensors that expire in 5 months?
No. We need at least 6 months of shelf life remaining. Check the date on the outside of the box before requesting a quote — you don't need to open anything.
Is it legal to sell Dexcom sensors?
Yes, if you legally own them and they weren't paid for by a government program. We cover the details on our Is it legal to sell CGM supplies? page.
